Passed away peacefully on Saturday 21st March 2024 at Royal Cornwall Hospital, aged 83 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Michael, much loved mum of Jacqui and Debbie, and adored nan of Shannon and Brad. She will be very sadly missed by all her family and friends.
A Service of Celebration for Hazel's life will take place at Treswithian Downs Crematorium on Wednesday 17th April 2024 at 2.00pm. Donations for Children with Cancer UK (Ring The Bell) in Hazel's memory can be made via the link below or by retiring collection.
